Where to Stay
There is no “official” tournament hotel for Pride Bowl.
Most teams choose to find Airbnb or VRBO housing in the Lakeview, Uptown, Edgewater or Andersonville neighborhoods due to their proximity to the Fields, the Pride Bowl social events, and the Chicago Pride Parade, which runs down Broadway and Halsted Street (from Uptown to Lakeview) on Sunday June 30th. The Northalsted area (formally known as Boystown) is located within Lakeview. Given the popularity of these areas during Chicago Pride weekend, we suggest finding and booking a place to stay as early as possible.
Hotels:
There are only a handful of hotel options within Lakeview, including (but not limited to):
The majority of hotels in Chicago are located in the River North/Magnificent Mile and the Loop neighborhoods. See ChooseChicago.com for more hotel information.
Both of these hotel areas are connected to the Fields via the Red & Purple CTA train lines, and to the Lakeview neighborhood (Pride Bowl social locations) via the Red, Purple, & Brown CTA train lines. Additionally, express buses from Magnificent Mile connect this hotel area to both Lakeview and the Fields via Lake Shore Drive. Lake Shore Drive also provides a direct route to and from the fields or socials in an Uber/Lyft.
